Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation monitoring QCM-D, is a technology that allows measurements of very small mass changes at the surface of an electrode. In addition to the changes in mass, QCM-D also captures changes in energy loss due to dissipation (damping). This provides additional information on the viscoelastic properties of the system under study. QSense Electronics Unit with 4-Sensor Chamber compatibility, 1 QCP401, QSense C4 sensors chamber platform enabling 4 modules to be used at the same time, 4 QFM401, QSense Flow Module for 5 Mhz QSX sensors, 1 ESA 002, Peristaltic pump, Ismatec IPC-N4, and 1 QLH 401, QSense full liquid handling set

QSense

QSense Analyzer enables you to study molecular interactions at surfaces and interfaces in real-time, running up to four measurements in parallel. The instrument comprises four parallel measurement chambers equipped with a microfluidic setup, enabled by a peristaltic pump. The resolution is 300 datapoints per second with a limit of detection of 1.34 ng/cm2. In addition to the four QCM-D chambers, the instrument has an EQCM-D chamber, equipped with Pt counter electrode, and Ag /AgCl as reference electrode.
