Panalytical Epsilon 3 benchtop XRF spectrometer

XRF is used to determine the elemental composition of bulk samples in concentrations ranging from the ppm level to 100%. The instrument can be used to for the analysis of elements ranging from sodium to uranium. Samples that can be studied can be in the form of powders, pellets, monoliths, and liquids. The maximum sample size can be as large as 4.9 x 20 x 10 cm. The Omnian software allows for standardless analysis of all samples.
