Changing the Gas Tube from CO2 to the N2 cylinder.

Step1
Close the main valve of the CO2 cylinder first!
Carefully disconnect the copper tube from the machine’s adsorptive inlet.

Step 2
Remove the other end of the tube from the CO2 cylinder.

Step 3
Connect the tube to the fitting (“conjunction hole”) on the regulator of the N2 cylinder.
Open the main valve of the N2 cylinder. You will hear a “Zzzzz” sound—flush the newly connected tube with high-flow N2 for 3–5 minutes.

Step 4
Check and double-check that the low-pressure reading is at the correct level of 1.2 bar.

If the level is at 1.2 bar, skip Step 5 and go directly to Step 6.

Step 5 (only if necessary)
If the low pressure gauge reading is not at 1.2 bar:

1. Open the small opener located on the right side of the low-pressure gauge.
2. Use the regulator’s adjustment knob (the large plastic knob located below the two gauges) to adjust the outlet (low-pressure) gauge reading to approximately 1.2 bar.

Step 6
Finally, reconnect the tube (now filled with N2) to the machine’s adsorptive inlet.

Changing the Gas Tube from N2 to the CO2 cylinder.

Step1
Close the main valve of the N2 cylinder first!
Carefully disconnect the copper tube from the machine’s adsorptive inlet.

Step 2
Remove the other end of the tube from the N2 cylinder.

Step 3
Connect the tube to the fitting (“conjunction hole”) on the regulator of the CO2 cylinder.
Open the main valve of the CO2 cylinder. You will hear a “Zzzzz” sound—flush the newly connected tube with high-flow CO2 for 3  minutes.

Step 4
Check and double-check that the low-pressure reading is at the correct level of 1.2 bar.  If the level is at 1,1- to 1.2 bar, skip Step 5 and go directly to Step 6.

Step 5 (only if necessary)
If the low pressure gauge of CO2 reading is not at 1.2 bar:

Use the regulator’s adjustment knob (the large and the only plastic knob located in between two gauges) to adjust the outlet (low-pressure) gauge reading to approximately 1.2 bar.

Step 6
Finally, reconnect the tube (now filled with CO2) to the machine’s adsorptive inlet.
